I just learned that Condy in the TV-news called the Russian accept of the 2 rebellious Georgian provices Death On Arrival in case Russia would try to get it through the UN Security Counsil.

Death On Arrival.............. taste this sentence....... It certainly can be used here in VU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
